I'm running for Justice of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals because I believe in public service. Much of my legal career has been devoted to public service, and I can imagine no greater honor than being entrusted with the responsibility to fairly and impartially resolve the disputes presented to the courts of appeals.

Our appellate courts have 18 justices, all of whom are now Republican. But the work they do on behalf of the public is far too important to be ceded to a single political party. I will be unstintingly neutral, fair and apolitical on the bench. Help me restore balance, diversity and rigorous debate and decision-making to the court of appeals.
